Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Clutch - Everyday Tools application ("the App") operated by The Fox Den Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clutch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Clutch is a utility application that provides four tools:

  • Bill Splitter: A calculator for dividing bills among multiple people
  • Tip Calculator: A calculator for determining tip amounts
  • Parking Timer: A countdown timer with notification alerts
  • Plate Calculator: A calculator for gym weight plate configurations

The App is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 and works entirely offline on your device.

Use of the App

You may use Clutch for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy of calculations

Calculator Accuracy

While we strive to ensure accurate calculations, you acknowledge that:

  • The App's calculations are provided for convenience only
  • You should verify important calculations independently
  • We are not responsible for errors in calculations or their consequences

Parking Timer

The Parking Timer feature is a convenience tool. You acknowledge that:

  • Notifications may not always be delivered due to device settings or system limitations
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your parking time
  • We are not liable for any parking tickets or fines incurred

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fox Den Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Parking fines or tickets
  • Incorrect bill calculations
  • Gym-related injuries from weight miscalculations

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Fox Den Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The App may be distributed through third-party app stores (such as the Apple App Store). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
